We offer Ladies Only workshops.  During this 4-week workshop, you will train Saturday mornings and can pick 3 gym times from any of the options.  These workshops allow you to work on your skills in a fun team environment.  All group workshops accommodate beginners and can focus on an individual's desire to increase their overall performance level.  Great for levels 1-3.

    • Footwork

    • Movement

    • Blocking

    • Striking skills

    • Technique

The journey begins with the InBody assessments.  You receive one scan prior to starting the workshop and one at the end to judge the outcome for yourself.  The results speak for themselves.
